(Columbia, SC) -- Those around the Congaree River should be aware of some expected flooding.
A Flood Advisory is in effect until tomorrow afternoon in Columbia. The river is expected to rise above 10 feet today before cresting at almost 12 feet tomorrow morning.
The National Weather Service expects that will cause minor flooding in the area, including on parts of the Cayce and West Columbia riverwalk.
