Graham Pushes 'Plan B' To End Shutdown

(Washington, DC) -- It's time for Plan B when it comes to ending the government shutdown.

Two attempts to end the shutdown were rejected in the senate yesterday, but Lindsey Graham said afterwards there are still other options.

A proposal he calls Plan B is a bipartisan bill that calls for reopening the government for three weeks while negotiating border security funding.

The Republican senator says House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is the biggest roadblock to a deal because she's being held captive by extremists in the Democratic party.
