(Columbia, SC) -- The Columbia Housing Authority will have to find another source of funding to redo Allen Benedict Court.
Mayor Steve Benjamin announced this weekend that the CHA will not get a 30-million dollar federal grant it applied for. The money would have been used to completely revamp the public housing complex.
