(Washington, DC) -- Some senate Republicans are worried about the precedent that would be set by the president's emergency declaration.
That's what Republican Senator Lindsey Graham said yesterday on Fox News about President Trump's effort to build a border wall.
He says some of his colleagues are worried a Democratic president in the future could issue a similar emergency declaration on another issue.
Graham, though, says he's not as worried about that as he is about a broken border.
