(Columbia, SC) -- An attempt to reform education will face resistance in the state senate.
The bill passed the House yesterday, but one senator is already making plans to make sure it goes no further.
Chester County State Senator Mike Fanning says he's planning on filibustering the bill.
He tells The State he wants teachers to have more of a say in education reform.
