(Columbia, SC) -- There's new leadership at an agency under fire.
The Columbia Housing Authority, yesterday, named E.W. Cromartie, the Third as its new chairman and Anne Sinclair was named vice chair.
Sinclair was also one of four new CHA members sworn in at the meeting.
The CHA has been criticized since two residents of a now closed public housing complex died of carbon monoxide poisoning two months ago.
