State Sen. Dick Harpootlian says he and other Senators want to meet privately with Governor McMaster to hash out the issues over the incentive package for the Carolina Panthers.
McMaster is pushing for the $115 million move to be approved by the Senate, but Harpootlian is holding it up, unconvinced that the move is a good financial deal for the state.
McMaster says he doesn't know what more he can tell the senators. The Governor wants the Panthers to move their headquarters and training facility to South Carolina.
