City Of Columbia Cracks Down On Vaping

The city of Columbia has passed a law banning vaping or using e-cigarettes inside of bars or restaurants in the city. Violators face a $100 fine.

The law also covers cigarettes, pipes, cigars, and hookahs. It prohibits the same within 25 feet of the entrance of any bar or restaurant as well.

It goes further as well, banning smoking in city-owned facilities, outdoor arenas, recreational areas or playgrounds, even at outdoor public events.

The fines get bigger if you get caught more than once.
