Panther's Deal In Jeopardy

The Governor's dream of bringing the Carolina Panthers to Rock Hill may be in jeopardy.

The Senate may vote on it today, but while Senator Dick Harpootlian may have lifted his block on the bill, he encouraged the Senate to vote no. Harpootlian believes the $115 million incentive package is not a good deal for the state.

Meanwhile, team owner David Tepper said yesterday that if the incentive package is not passed, he's more than happy to keep the team in Charlotte.
