(Columbia, SC) -- An arrest in West Virginia could close a kidnapping case in Columbia.
David Monts was arrested yesterday in West Virginia after a high-speed chase in a car he allegedly stole in North Carolina.
He's also accused of stealing a car that was left running outside a Chick-Fil-A in Five Points Saturday morning.
A child was alone in the car at the time, but the nine-month-old boy was found safe.
