Lawmakers Pass Changes To Panthers Incentive Bill

(Columbia, SC) -- South Carolina lawmakers are moving forward with a tax incentive bill for the Carolina Panthers.

Both the state House and Senate yesterday passed the bill after a few small changes were made in the proposal.

The bill would give the Panthers roughly 120-million-dollars in tax breaks to move team headquarters and its practice facility into South Carolina.
