(Lexington, SC) -- A car accident decades ago could explain why Timothy Jones killed his kids.
That's what a doctor said yesterday while testifying for the defense in Jones' murder trial in Lexington.
Jones is arguing he killed his five children in 2014 because he's mentally ill.
Jones' lawyers say he was in a car crash when he was 15, and Dr. Travis Snyder testified that the 37-year-old has a skull fracture that could be related to schizophrenia.
