(Columbia, SC) -- A man is dead after a drowning in Richland County.
Columbia's David Green was on his boat Saturday night when he apparently fell overboard into a pond at Bookman Loop and Monticello Road.
Rescue divers found the 57-year-old in five feet of water, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
