(Lexington, SC) -- A jury now holds the life of Timothy Jones in its hands.
Jones was convicted yesterday in Lexington of killing his five children in 2014, and tomorrow, he'll find out if he'll be sentenced to death.
After six hours of deliberations, jurors rejected Jones' not guilty by reason of insanity defense.
If jurors reject the death penalty, they can sentence Jones to life without parole.
