That's what lawyers for the Senate Republican Caucus said yesterday about a lawsuit filed by state Senator Dick Harpootlian.
The Democrat wants Republicans to release details of their fundraising and spending as part of his effort to change campaign finance laws.
Harpootlian says the caucus circumvents a state law that limits political spending for an individual candidate to five-thousand dollars per election.
