Bill Named After Murdered USC Student Introduced In Congress

(Columbia, SC) -- The murder of a USC student could lead to changes around the country.

A bill was introduced in Congress last week in honor of Samantha Josephson. She was killed about three months ago after getting into a car she mistakenly thought was her Uber ride.

New Jersey lawmakers introduced Sami's Law, which calls for changes like easier-to-see signage on ride-share cars.
