(Columbia, SC) -- Some road improvement projects may fall by the wayside in Richland County.
The Program Development Team, or PDT, went before the county council yesterday to discuss changes to the penny tax program passed by voters seven years ago.
The PDT recommended cutting almost 20-million-dollars' worth of improvement projects.
The council took no action, but the transportation committee will explore the issue at a future meeting.
