(Columbia, SC) -- A storm in the Midlands is blamed for a man's death in Richland County.
William Lebby died yesterday afternoon after a tree fell on him on Columbia Avenue.
Family members say strong winds knocked the backyard tree over, and the 61-year-old, who uses a walker, was unable to get out of the way.
A fallen tree is also blamed for damaging cars at Bull and Gervais streets.
