(Charleston, SC) -- A Charleston County man is dead after what may have been an alligator attack.
The man's body was found Saturday in a pond at his home on Kiawah Island, and deputies say the body showed signs of alligator bite marks.
It's not clear if the bites are what killed the unidentified man or if the bites were made after he died. An autopsy is scheduled, and DNR is investigating.
