(Columbia, SC) -- Customers of a Richland County restaurant should be aware of a recent discovery.
DHEC announced yesterday that a worker at Hardee's on Killian Road has tested positive for Hepatitis A.
Those who ate at the restaurant between June 4th and 20th may have been exposed, and DHEC advises they visit the Richland County Health Department this week or a doctor or pharmacy.
Hep A is a contagious, but usually non-deadly, liver disease, and its symptoms include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and yellowing of the eyes and skin.
