(Columbia, SC) -- Enough is enough when it comes to some of the behavior at Five Points.
That's what state Senator Dick Harpootlian said yesterday at a meeting of the Five Points Neighborhood Association.
He and residents are calling for changes at the downtown hotspot after years of complaints of public drunkenness.
They're calling for a crackdown on underage drinking, making the area safer for pedestrians and attracting what Harpootlian calls legitimate businesses.
