Graham Considers Options To Pass New Asylum Laws

(Washington, DC) -- Lindsey Graham may make an extreme move to pass new immigration laws.

Senator Graham said yesterday he'll make a motion next week to change the rules to make it easier to call for a vote in the Judiciary Committee.

The committee that Graham chairs could not vote on his bill yesterday because rules call for two Democrats to be present.

Graham's bill requires asylum claims to be filed outside the US, and it also calls for hiring 500 new immigration judges.
