(Washington, DC) -- President Trump is making life harder for the GOP's only black senator.
That's what Senator Tim Scott said yesterday in reference to Trump's comments this weekend on inner-city Baltimore.
Trump tweeted that Democratic Congressman Elijah Cummings' district was a disgusting, rat and rodent-infested mess.
Scott tells The State Trump's comments weren't racist, but they gave the impression that the President was targeting vulnerable people, and when that happens, God have mercy on the GOP.
