(Anderson, SC) -- There's good news after an Anderson County man immortalized in a Hollywood film had a health scare.
James 'Radio' Kennedy was taken to the hospital Friday night for a problem related to his diabetes.
Former T.L. Hanna Coach Harold Jones took the 72-year-old to the hospital when he looked swollen, but Hanna's former principal says Radio is expected to be released from the hospital today.
Radio's relationship with Jones was the focus of the 2003 movie 'Radio' starring Cuba Gooding, Jr. as Radio and Ed Harris as Coach Jones.
