(Columbia, SC) -- A bill meant to protect the unborn would imprison expectant mothers.
That's what one opponent of an anti-abortion bill told state senators yesterday.
The bill would restrict abortions once a fetus develops a heartbeat, but a Columbia OBGYN says not allowing for health exceptions is more dangerous for a woman than a safe abortion.
