(Chapin, SC) -- Alcohol is believed to be a factor in a deadly boat crash in Richland County.
Chapin's Stanley Kiser was killed when his pontoon boat was hit by a cigarette boat this weekend on Lake Murray near Lighthouse Marina.
The 68-year-old Kiser died at the scene, his wife lost her leg, and his daughter suffered a head injury.
Tracy Gordon was identified as the cigarette boat driver, and he's facing charges that include Boating Under the Influence.
