(Lexington, SC) -- A man is dead after a confrontation with deputies in Lexington County.
The coroner announced yesterday that Stephen Gagliani died in the hospital from injuries he suffered in the incident last week in Red Bank. Deputies tased the 34-year-old when they say he became aggressive toward them during a welfare check.
An autopsy is set for today, and the incident is under investigation.
