(Cayce, SC) -- The National Transportation Safety Board has finished their investigation of a fatal train crash in Cayce.
A 90-page report was released yesterday on the 2018 incident that killed two people and injured 90 others.
The report blames CSX for using a signal suspension, and says the failure to detect a switch in the wrong position caused the crash.
The NTSB also found the CSX conductor failed to properly reposition the switch for the main track.
