(Richland County, SC) -- The South Carolina Republican Party is facing a lawsuit.
Two Republicans are suing the party for deciding to cancel the GOP presidential primary next year. The suit filed in Richland County yesterday claims the party violated its own rules and state election law when it scrapped the 2020 election contest.
Former Congressman Bob Inglis is one of the two people who are suing.
