(Washington, DC) -- Former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley is getting both cheers and jeers for how she handled what she says was a behind the scenes effort to undermine President Trump.
In an interview with NBC's Today show, Haley elaborates on a claim in her new book that former Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and former Chief of Staff John Kelly told her they were resisting the president because they were "trying to save the country," and they wanted her help.
And while Trump supporters are glad she didn't cooperate, others wonder why she didn't tell the president instead of waiting for her book to come out with the news.
Haley has since said that she did inform the President.
