(Columbia, SC) -- A 32-year-old is being charged for an assault and shooting in Columbia.
Brandon Wise turned himself in to police over the weekend. They say he assaulted a woman and hit her in the face with a gun and shot at her at Waverly Family Practice on Tuesday.
After the altercation, he allegedly removed his electronic monitoring device that was part of a bond agreement.
