(Columbia, SC) -- A Chapin man is surprised by his recent lottery win.
He tells officials that he was cleaning out his car when he found five dollars in loose quarters, which he used to buy a lottery ticket.
He was told by the store clerk that he needed to go to the South Carolina Education Lottery's Claim Center in Columbia.
The man won 250-thousand dollars.
