(Columbia, SC) -- An education reform bill is heading toward a second reading in the South Carolina Legislature.
The Education Overhaul Bill passed after eight weeks of debate in the Senate. It now moves on to the House as early as today.
After its third reading, both legislative bodies will review their versions before it hits the Governor's desk.
