Confirmed Coronavirus Cases In SC Near 6000

(Columbia, SC) -- New deaths are being reported in connection to the coronavirus pandemic in South Carolina. 

The Department of Health and Environmental Control announced 29 more deaths yesterday, which they said were found during a cross-analysis of data and were not previously reported. 

That brings the death toll in the Palmetto State to 232. The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases is nearing six-thousand.
