(Columbia, SC) -- Police are seeking the public's help after a seven-year-old was fatally shot.
His 13-year-old sister was injured in the shooting on Tarragon Drive in Columbia on Wednesday night.
Police say the shooting was targeted, with 12 rounds fired from two different guns. The boy who died in the shooting has been identified as Knowledge Simms.
No arrests have been made, but officers are asking for tips.
