(Columbia, SC) -- Another person is in custody in connection to looting and rioting during weekend protests near the state House.
Twenty-four-year-old Joshua Barnard is charged with breaking into a motor vehicle, looting, larceny, aggravated breach of peace, and instigating a riot during the Saturday protest.
He also faces drug charges. The Richland County Sheriff's Department says more arrests are coming.
