(Richland County, SC) -- Polls open at 7 a.m. for Richland County's runoff primary election.
The South Carolina State Election Commission has been preparing for the day since the June 9th primaries, when some people waited for hours and others report getting incorrect ballots.
There is no Republican runoff, so only those who did not vote at all or voted in the Democratic primary need to head to the polls.
Those eligible to vote will return to the same polling place from June 9th.
