(Columbia, SC) -- Entertainment venues in South Carolina can reopen with restrictions.
Starting Monday, festivals, parades, concerts, theaters, stadiums, performing arts centers, nightclubs, and race tracks can operate.
In Governor McMaster's newly issued executive order, he also outlined rules for face coverings. Restaurant employees and patrons will have to wear a mask.
McMaster is also asking local municipalities and governments to enact their own face mask ordinances.
