(Sumter County, SC) -- A former daycare worker is accused of hitting and throwing a five-year-old boy.
Twenty-four-year-old Tiana McElveen is being charged with unlawful conduct toward a child.
The Sumter County Sheriff's Office says video surveillance footage from August 14th show McElveen intervening in a fight between two boys.
She has been fired from the daycare facility.
