(Forest Acres, SC) -- A death investigation is underway after a body was found in a creek in Forest Acres.
Police were searching the area around the 5500-block of Lakeshore Drive when they made the discovery yesterday morning.
Officials have not yet confirmed if the body found in the creek is the person they were searching for.
Their identity will be released following an autopsy.
