(Lexington, SC) -- A school district in the Midlands is joining dozens across the country in a class-action lawsuit.
Lexington One is now part of the lawsuit against Juul Labs, the largest manufacturer of e-cigarettes in the U.S.
The suit claims Juul targeted minors in advertising campaigns.
Lexington One officials say the teen vaping epidemic has caused students to be suspended from school, and that e-cigarette use has been on the rise the past two years.
