(Bishopville, SC) -- A man is in custody for allegedly setting fire to the Bishopville Post Office twice in four years.
Sixty-one-year-old Jeffrey Scott is also accused of trying to set a fire at City Hall.
He's charged with arson, burglary, and malicious injury to property but is also expected to face federal charges.
The Bishopville Post Office was set fire in January of 2017 and again on Saturday.
