(Columbia, SC) -- A 22-year-old is charged with kidnapping and assault for an incident at University of South Carolina student housing.
George Sophocleous is accused of assaulting a woman and holding her against her will in her bedroom on October 16th.
The university posted a crime bulletin about Sophocleous in case anyone else has been victimized by him. He is being held at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center on a 150-thousand-dollar bond.
