(Orangeburg County, SC) -- Police in Orangeburg County are searching for a suspect that allegedly led police on a chase before gunfire was exchanged.
Police were pursuing a car starting around 10 yesterday morning. It escalated into shots being fired between a Springfield Police Officer and the suspect, but no one was injured.
SLED has deployed a helicopter and bloodhounds as part of the search.
