Former SCANA CEO Pleading Guilty To Fraud

(Columbia, SC) -- The former CEO of SCANA is pleading guilty to fraud charges. 

Kevin Marsh is accused of defrauding investors in connection to the failed VC Summer project in Fairfield County. 

Marsh is waiving indictment and arraignment as part of a plea agreement. 

He could serve 18 to 36 months in prison and pay five-million dollars in restitution.
