(Cayce, SC) -- A man is facing charges after allegedly abducted a 2-year-old girl in Cayce.
Shyheem Phillips is accused of stealing a running car outside of a motel that had a young girl and a dog inside Tuesday night.
Two-year-old Carlee Folk and the dog were located early yesterday morning.
Phillips was arrested later in the day for vehicle theft and kidnapping.
