(Columbia, SC) -- A four-year-old is dead after falling from an upper-level floor of a Columbia hotel.
It happened at the Embassy Suites near the Riverbanks Zoo on Saturday morning.
Police say Maiya Caughman fell over a railing and that foul play is not suspected.
Still, they are asking anyone who may have witnessed what happened to call the Richland County Coroner's Office.
