(Columbia, SC) -- The Department of Health and Environmental Control announced 921 new cases yesterday, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 440, 517 since the pandemic began.
There were also 42 more COVID deaths reported yesterday.
One dated back to August of 2020 and four happened in January, but DHEC says nearly 30 of the deaths happened in the past week.
