(Sumter, SC) -- A Sumter man accused of committing inappropriate acts with children is facing new charges.
Dominique Weston was taken into custody earlier this month for criminal sexual conduct, attempted lewd act with a minor, and sexual exploitation of a minor.
This comes after inappropriate content was reportedly found on his cell phone.
The 26-year-old is now also charged with two counts of exposing another to HIV.
