(West Columbia, SC) -- Lexington Medical Center has open COVID-19 vaccine appointments this week.
The appointments are for those eligible to be vaccinated under Phase 1A, which includes those ages 65 and older.

The amount of available appointments changes each week depending on the amount of doses shipped to the state.
